Win new Raleigh and Wake County customers on Google and ChatGPT
Raleigh and the Wake County towns around it keep gaining new families, and each family asks Google where to find a dentist or a roofer. We build your website and keep your Google listing complete, so your name is in the answer.
Most of our clients are in Metro Vancouver, where Licheo is based. The work is the same for a business in Raleigh.
VanPlex, Vancouver, BC: VanPlex transforms Vancouver single-family lots into profitable multiplexes, pairing address-first feasibility data with a builder to developer team that carries each project from the first zoning check all the way to a finished, income-producing building.
MultiLiving, Greater Vancouver, BC: A marketplace built entirely around multiplex homes, duplexes, triplexes and fourplexes, bringing live MLS listings, market data and pre-sales together for buyers who want more than the detached-house option.
Icon Projects, Greater Vancouver & Fraser Valley, BC: A CHBA Master Residential Builder that designs and constructs custom homes and multiplexes across Greater Vancouver, building, as they like to say, for real life rather than for the magazine cover.
Jeff and Simon Ironworks, Metro Vancouver, BC: A CWB-certified welding and fabrication shop that designs, builds and installs structural steel, staircases, railings, gates and custom architectural metalwork for residential, commercial and industrial projects.
Vancouver Stairs, Metro Vancouver, BC: Custom mono-stringer stairs, floating staircases, commercial egress stairs and glass railings, fabricated and installed by a CWB-certified steel shop in Burnaby for homes and businesses across the region.
Vanhess Jewellery, Coquitlam, BC: A family-run studio crafting Canadian-made solid-gold jewellery, engagement rings, wedding bands and bespoke pieces, where each client sits directly with the jeweller through a five-step, hand-finished process.
What Licheo does for a Raleigh business
A new website, live in two weeks. We move your site to our platform and keep your design and your pages. It loads fast on a phone, and every page shows a visitor how to call you or book.
A page for each service and each area. People often search for the job and the place together. We write one clear page for each service you offer and for each area you serve.
Your Google listing, kept correct. We set up your Google Business Profile, keep your hours, services and photos up to date, and help you ask happy customers for reviews.
Ready for ChatGPT and Google's AI answers. We write your services, your areas and the answers to your customers' common questions so that AI assistants can read them and name your business when someone asks.
A short report every month. You see how many people contacted you through your site and where they found you. Our AI agents do the daily work, and a person on our team checks every change.
Wake County added 103,092 people since 2020
Between April 1, 2020 and July 1, 2024, Wake County grew from 1,129,352 to 1,232,444 residents. Raleigh itself gained 31,914 people, and some towns grew faster: Fuquay-Varina went from 34,265 to 46,317 residents, and Wendell from 9,837 to 16,845.
A family that just moved to Apex has no dentist and no plumber yet. Where will it look for them? On Google, on Google Maps or in ChatGPT. If your business serves the towns around Raleigh, give each town its own page: the jobs you finished there, how long the drive takes, and how to book.
Offices and clinics are chosen on trust
In 2024 Wake County averaged 11,966 locations in professional, scientific and technical services, such as accounting, legal and engineering offices. It also had 602 dentist offices and 1,016 offices of other health practitioners, like chiropractors and physical therapists.
A person choosing an accountant or a physical therapist reads before calling. Show them who will do the work: a real photo, a short story of how you started, the clients you help most. Answer the questions people ask you on the phone every week, in plain words, on your own pages. These answers help a nervous first-time client, and Google and ChatGPT read the same answers when they decide which office to suggest.
Inside the city, people still use neighborhood names
The City of Raleigh's Neighborhood Registry lists 414 neighborhood groups, from old areas like Boylan Heights and Mordecai to homeowners' associations in Wakefield and Brier Creek. Name the places you serve on your site, for example an electrician in North Hills or a bakery near Oakwood.
If most of your customers come from a few Raleigh neighborhoods, name them on your website and show work you did there. Keep your address, phone number and hours the same on your site and on your Google listing, so nobody drives to an old address. If your team speaks Spanish or Arabic, add that too: 45,123 Raleigh residents speak Spanish at home and 4,842 speak Arabic.
Several towns near Raleigh grew faster than the city over the same period. Fuquay-Varina went from 34,265 to 46,317 residents, Apex from 64,324 to 75,977 and Wendell from 9,837 to 16,845. Source: U.S. Census Bureau, Vintage 2024 population estimates.

Questions Raleigh owners ask us
Why does another Raleigh company come up on Google before mine?
Most of the time, its pages answer the search more clearly. It may have a page for the exact service, more recent reviews, or a Google listing with full hours and photos. Wake County averaged 50,554 private business locations in 2024, so Google always has another option for a Raleigh customer. The free Get Found Check puts your site next to a competitor's and shows the difference.
Should my Raleigh business have pages for Cary, Apex and Fuquay-Varina?
Yes, for each town you truly serve. Between April 1, 2020 and July 1, 2024, Apex grew from 64,324 to 75,977 residents and Fuquay-Varina from 34,265 to 46,317. People there search with their own town's name. A page for each town, with real jobs, drive times and a way to book, tells them your Raleigh business works where they live.
Do I need Spanish pages for my Raleigh customers?
If you serve Spanish speakers, Spanish pages for your main services are worth it. 45,123 Raleigh residents speak Spanish at home, and 4,842 speak Arabic. Have a person who speaks the language write each page, and add the languages your team speaks to your Google listing. Someone who searches in Spanish then finds a Raleigh business that can answer in Spanish.
I run an accounting or law office in Raleigh. How do I get chosen over other firms?
Show the people and explain the work in plain words. Wake County averaged 11,966 professional, scientific and technical services locations in 2024, so a Raleigh client has many offices to compare. A page for each service, a photo and short story for each person, and clear answers to common questions give a reason to call. Reviews from real clients on your Google listing help too.
How can ChatGPT learn about my Raleigh business?
ChatGPT learns about your Raleigh business from what is written about you online. It reads your website, your Google listing, reviews and directories, and it names businesses whose services and areas are easy to understand. We write your pages in plain sentences, keep your details the same on every site, and check each month whether ChatGPT mentions you when someone asks about the work you do.
Can I keep the Raleigh website I already have?
Yes. We move it to our platform and keep your design, your pages and your web address, so your Raleigh business keeps what Google has already learned about it. The new site goes live within two weeks. From there we add what it lacks, one piece at a time: service pages, town pages, answers to questions and updates to your Google listing.
How will I see results for my Raleigh business?
You get a short report every month, written in plain words. It counts the calls, forms and bookings that came through your website and shows where each person found your Raleigh business: Google search, Google Maps, ChatGPT or another site. You can compare one month with the next and ask us about any number you do not understand.
What will the free Get Found Check show about my Raleigh website?
In under a minute, the Get Found Check reads your Raleigh website and gives it a letter grade. It shows how ready the site is for Google and for AI answers like ChatGPT, which fixes would help first, and how you compare with competitors in your field. You do not need to sign up, and it costs nothing.
I sell homes in Raleigh. What should my real estate website show?
Show the neighborhoods and towns you know best, with your own words about each one. Wake County had 1,382 offices of real estate agents and brokers in 2024, so a buyer has many agents to choose from. Pages about North Hills, Cary or Wake Forest, your recent sales there and answers for buyers moving to Raleigh give a reason to call you.
