A customer in Dorchester, Cambridge or East Boston types what they need into Google, and often calls one of the first names they see. We build your website, write pages for the neighborhoods and cities you serve, and keep your Google listing ready for them.
Most of our clients are in Metro Vancouver, where Licheo is based. The work is the same for a business in Boston.
VanPlex, Vancouver, BC: VanPlex transforms Vancouver single-family lots into profitable multiplexes, pairing address-first feasibility data with a builder to developer team that carries each project from the first zoning check all the way to a finished, income-producing building.
MultiLiving, Greater Vancouver, BC: A marketplace built entirely around multiplex homes, duplexes, triplexes and fourplexes, bringing live MLS listings, market data and pre-sales together for buyers who want more than the detached-house option.
Icon Projects, Greater Vancouver & Fraser Valley, BC: A CHBA Master Residential Builder that designs and constructs custom homes and multiplexes across Greater Vancouver, building, as they like to say, for real life rather than for the magazine cover.
Jeff and Simon Ironworks, Metro Vancouver, BC: A CWB-certified welding and fabrication shop that designs, builds and installs structural steel, staircases, railings, gates and custom architectural metalwork for residential, commercial and industrial projects.
Vancouver Stairs, Metro Vancouver, BC: Custom mono-stringer stairs, floating staircases, commercial egress stairs and glass railings, fabricated and installed by a CWB-certified steel shop in Burnaby for homes and businesses across the region.
Vanhess Jewellery, Coquitlam, BC: A family-run studio crafting Canadian-made solid-gold jewellery, engagement rings, wedding bands and bespoke pieces, where each client sits directly with the jeweller through a five-step, hand-finished process.
What Licheo does for a Boston business
A new website, live in two weeks. We move your site to our platform and keep your design and your pages. It loads fast on a phone, and every page shows a visitor how to call you or book.
A page for each service and each area. People often search for the job and the place together. We write one clear page for each service you offer and for each area you serve.
Your Google listing, kept correct. We set up your Google Business Profile, keep your hours, services and photos up to date, and help you ask happy customers for reviews.
Ready for ChatGPT and Google's AI answers. We write your services, your areas and the answers to your customers' common questions so that AI assistants can read them and name your business when someone asks.
A short report every month. You see how many people contacted you through your site and where they found you. Our AI agents do the daily work, and a person on our team checks every change.
Boston is 26 neighborhoods with their own names
The City's planning agency maps Boston as 26 neighborhoods, from Charlestown and East Boston to Hyde Park and West Roxbury. A person who lives in Jamaica Plain says Jamaica Plain, and often types it next to the service they want.
If your business sits in one neighborhood, write that name on your home page and contact page, beside your full address, and use the same address on your Google listing. If you travel to customers, pick the neighborhoods that bring you the most work and give each one a page: the jobs you did there, the streets you know, how soon you can come. A page with real local details helps a customer trust you before the first call.
Cambridge, Quincy and Everett are separate cities
If you work across city lines, remember that the cities next door have their own names and their own residents. Between April 1, 2020 and July 1, 2024, Cambridge grew from 118,379 to 121,186 residents, Quincy from 101,618 to 103,434 and Everett from 49,078 to 51,825.
A homeowner in Quincy searches for a plumber in Quincy. If you serve that city, say so on a page made for it, and add it to the service area on your Google listing. Chelsea, Revere and Winthrop, which share Suffolk County with Boston, are their own cities as well. Only list the cities where you truly take jobs.
35.2% of Bostonians aged 5 and over speak another language at home
Of the 633,383 Boston residents aged 5 and over, 222,926 speak a language other than English at home. 98,220 speak Spanish, 26,505 speak a Chinese language and 26,232 speak French, Haitian or Cajun. Of the 9,450 who speak Vietnamese, 6,606 placed their English below the top level.
For a family more at ease in another language, a business that speaks it is a strong reason to call. Write it on your website and your Google listing. For your main services, add a page in that language, written by a person who speaks it.
Boston's neighbors are separate cities, and some grew between April 1, 2020 and July 1, 2024: Cambridge from 118,379 to 121,186 residents, Quincy from 101,618 to 103,434 and Everett from 49,078 to 51,825. Source: U.S. Census Bureau, Vintage 2024 population estimates.

Questions Boston owners ask us
Why does a Boston competitor show up before me on Google?
Compare its website and Google listing with yours: a page for the exact service, the neighborhood named, recent reviews and correct hours. Suffolk County averaged 32,654 private business locations in 2024, so a Boston customer always has other names in front of them. Our free Get Found Check compares your site with a competitor's and shows the gaps.
Do I need a page for each Boston neighborhood I serve?
Yes, for each one where you do real work. Boston has 26 neighborhoods on the City's planning map, like Dorchester or South Boston. A good page names local streets, shows jobs you finished there and says how to reach you. Leave out neighborhoods you do not serve.
Should my Boston business have pages in Spanish, Chinese or Haitian Creole?
If your team serves customers in those languages, yes. 98,220 Boston residents speak Spanish at home, 26,505 speak a Chinese language and 26,232 speak French, Haitian or Cajun. Ask a person who speaks the language to write your main service pages, and list your team's languages on your Google listing so these families can find you.
My Boston clinic is one of many. How do patients choose us?
Patients choose the clinic that answers their questions before they call. Suffolk County averaged 979 health care offices and clinics outside hospitals in 2024, so a Boston patient compares several. Show each service on its own page, introduce each practitioner with a photo, explain the first visit and the insurance you take, and keep your hours correct on your Google listing.
Will ChatGPT mention my Boston business when people ask it?
It can, when it finds clear facts about you in several places. ChatGPT and Google's AI answers read your website, your Google listing, reviews and other sites that list your Boston business. We write your services, neighborhoods and answers in plain words, keep your details the same everywhere, and check every month whether ChatGPT names you.
Can my Boston business keep its website?
Yes. We move your site to our platform and keep your design, your pages and your web address, so Google keeps what it already knows about your Boston business. The move is done within two weeks. After that we add, week by week, what is missing: neighborhood pages, pages in other languages and answers to common questions.
How will I know if the work brings my Boston business more customers?
You get a short monthly report written in plain words. It lists the calls, forms and bookings your website brought in and shows where each Boston customer found you: Google search, Google Maps, ChatGPT or another site. You can watch the numbers change from month to month and ask us about any of them.
What does the free Get Found Check show for a Boston website?
The Get Found Check reads your Boston website in under a minute and grades it with a letter. It shows how ready your site is for Google and for AI answers like ChatGPT, names the fixes that matter most and compares you with competitors in your field. There is no sign-up and no cost.
I run a Boston restaurant. What should my website and Google listing show?
Show your menu as text, your hours, real photos and how to order. The City lists 3,363 active food establishment licenses, 1,602 of them for places with take out, so a hungry Boston customer has many choices. A typed menu helps Google and ChatGPT describe your dishes, and fresh photos and reviews on your Google listing help people decide.
